1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and JL7777 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the JL7777 website located at jl7777.net, including all associated mobile applications, games, features, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one JL7777 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. JL7777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Verification: JL7777 may require you to submit identity verification documents (such as a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method) at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.
• Account Ownership: Your JL7777 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on JL7777 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• JL7777 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your JL7777 account instantly or within a few minutes. JL7777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. JL7777 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Processing times vary by payment method but JL7777 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly during normal operating hours.
• JL7777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or review of bonus wagering compliance.
• Any applicable transaction fees charged by third-party payment processors are the responsibility of the Player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

JL7777 offers various bonuses, promotions, and incentive programs to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not completed within the validity period will be automatically removed from your account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your JL7777 account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all bonuses being voided.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account on JL7777, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the JL7777 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the JL7777 Platform without our prior written consent.
• The JL7777 name, logo, and all related marks, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of JL7777. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, JL7777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or interruptions to the Platform.

• Interruptions to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond JL7777's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or government actions.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

JL7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player against JL7777.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior directed at JL7777 staff or other players.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the player.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. JL7777 is not obligated to return funds associated with accounts closed due to fraud or material breach of these Terms.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

13. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the JL7777 Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the JL7777 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

JL7777 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and the oversight framework established by PAGCOR. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed by JL7777 may escalate their complaint to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
